DIO - Distraught Overlord (ディオ?) is an alternative metal, visual kei band from Japan, formed mid 2006. Rather then following the new trend of visual kei, DIO - Distraught Overlord is a more dark, heavy band, which combines strong metal, with melodious tones. They recently disbanded after a hiatus to later reform as Digras with the same lineup, without Erina.
