Origin: Spirits of the past (2006)

A failed DNA experiment with plants has changed the world forever. Having demolished the moon, the intelligent and aggressive plant-life has spread to the earth and destroyed the human civilization. The few humans that remain struggle to survive, while maintaining an uneasy truce with the restless forest. One day, a villager named Agito stumbles across a stasis unit hidden deep in the forest and awakens a very cute girl from the past. Having slept for the past 300 years, Toola steps into a very different and strange world. The neighboring high-tech village of Laguna is still locked in a bitter war with the forest and when they become aware of Toola, they realize that she is the key to activating her father's final and ultimate weapon of humanity - a weapon designed to totally destroy the forest. When Toola is taken by the warriors of Laguna, Agito makes a pact with the forest to gain the strength and incredible powers to not only save her, but to stop the weapon from destroying both the forest and his village.

Un film din 2006 si care e destul de placut de vizionat. Povestea e descrisa mai sus si pot zice ca a fost o diversiune destul de placuta pentru o ora jumate, cu suficient material cat sa faca totul vizionabil.
Nu-mi schimba in nici un mod fundamental opinia despre Gonzo (BASTARDS!) dar catusi de cat vad ca macar in doze mic pot scoate ceva de calitate.
Mesajul despre mediu al filmului numai nu se rostogoleste peste tine ca un buldozer, dar nu e atat de exagerat incat sa fie enervant.

De asemenea...muzica...muzica a fost absolut geniala, mai ales theme-ul. Daca vizionati filmul recomand sa cautati si soundtrack-ul.

Si bineinteles...va astept cu propriile impresii despre film.

Am vazut filmul aseara dupa ce l-am gasit aici. Chiar mi-a placut. Atmosfera in sine este buna. Usor misterioasa, dar nu foarte. Personajele sunt placute si umane dar nu exceptionale. Singurul care apre sa vrea sa evolueze este Shunack, dar din pacate marea revelatie despre trecutul lui nu a avut impactul necesar sa impresioneze. Cel mai mult mi-a placut universul in care este plasata actiunea. Post apocaliptic, dar in care poti sa vezi trecutul foarte clar. Imi plac settingurile de genul asta, in care stii ca e pamantul prin mici gunoaie care apar, nu printr-o fraza narativa expusa undeva in film.

Un film bun pe care il recomand fanilor mai pasivi
