Citat:This year brings a premiere for Otaku Festival, with the help of our friends and partners from the Romanian-Japanese Studies Center Angela Hondru. We are happy to announce that you will have the chance to talk to the Japanese manga artist Daichi Kawada about manga and the process of manga drawing. Be sure not to miss this opportunity!
Daichi Kawada is a young Japanese manga artist, born in the Tochigi Prefecture in 1984. Ever since he was a child, he had an affinity for art. He was 16 when he won the Special Prize of the Jury at Shueisha Weekly Shounen Jump Tenkaichi Manga Award. In 2014, he publishes the manga called Makaroni Switch in the manga magazine Haruta of the Kadokawa publishing company. Starting with the spring of 2015, Macaroni Switch will be serialized monthly.
In 2003, he signs up for the Wadaiko team from Tama Art University. After graduation, he becomes an employee at the Miyamoto Unosuke Shouten company which is over 150 years old. Besides the fact that he manufactures wadaiko, Kawada-san holds wadaiko concerts and also has a great passion for manga and illustrations. We are surely happy to have him among the guests!
In sfarsit avem parte si noi de un mangaka ca invitat special la o conventia anime. Ce-i drept, nu este unul cunoscut, dar este un pas in directia buna .
