Si inca ceva scumpi Trix, eu studiez biochimia, iar unul din examenele din Mai pe care le-am avut a fost din Biology and Disease, specializat pe Coronary Heart Disease and Pulmonary Diseases. One of the main reasons of cardiovascular disease are lack of exercise, a bad diet rich in saturated fats and cholesterol (fast food, takeaway, snacks), a high intake of salt, smoking, drinking etc.

I cite here all the crazy shit the youngsters think that they know how to do like smoking and drinking, and think it's ok to do it recklessly starting with the age of 10, without even fully comprehending the risks of such actions. Because it's 'cool' and because it gives them 'swagg'
